The Full Story
​Nestled in the rolling hills of Le Marche, our bed and breakfast offers a peaceful escape in the heart of Italy. Just 3 hours from Rome and 50 minutes from the Adriatic Sea, we’re perfectly situated for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

The main house, built in 1898 as a traditional farmhouse, was lovingly restored in 1996—blending historic charm with modern comfort, including the addition of a serene pool. In 2014, we expanded with the construction of our modern apartments, located in a separate structure just steps from the main house.
Just outside the picturesque town of Sant’Angelo in Pontano, our B&B is the perfect base for exploring the hidden treasures of Le Marche, or simply unwinding under the Italian sun.
Our property is surrounded by nature, with nearby hiking trails, local cantinas, and breathtaking medieval villages, including the enchanting town of Sarnano—named one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
